Senior Quantity Surveyor | Special Works (Central London)

Our Special Works division is looking for a versatile Senior QS for a Temp-to-Perm role in Central London. We specialise in high-impact, fast-paced projects (£10k-£4M) across commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors-often in live, occupied environments.

The Role

You will be the commercial lead for our Special Works team, managing a diverse portfolio of new-build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects. This role requires a "customer-first" mindset and the ability to deliver high-quality results on smaller-value, high-complexity schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full Lifecycle Management: Lead projects from initial enquiry and estimating through to final account.

  • Operational Excellence: Manage fast-track refurbishments and fit-outs, ensuring business continuity for clients in occupied buildings.

  • Commercial Strategy: Drive profitability across a high volume of projects ranging from £10k to £4M+.

  • Relationship Building: Act as a trusted partner for clients in the education, retail, and hospitality sectors.

The Requirements
  • Senior Experience: Proven track record in fit-out and refurbishment (Special Works experience is a major plus).

  • Agility: Comfortable jumping between multiple projects with varying values and requirements.

  • Availability: Must be able to start ASAP on a Temp-to-Perm basis in Central London.

Ready to start? If you are a commercially sharp Senior QS who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, apply now for an immediate start.
