Work as an autonomous practitioner to manage a significant specialist clinical caseload using neurological skills Complete comprehensive patient assessments, and make appropriate clinical decisions following assessment, using evidence-based practice and outcome measures to provide most effective treatment. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, putting patient care and the patient experience first. Actively participate in service development and contribute to monitoring of standards of practice, and take personal responsibility in your professional development and professional registration requirements Show passion for providing a high level of care and safeguarding to patients known to our service. Have the ability to use initiative, communicate with empathy and be an effective team player. Participate in the development of physiotherapists, support staff within clinical speciality through training, competencies and supervision Participate in multi-disciplinary team teaching. There is a requirement to part of the weekend working rota. It is essential that you hold a full UK driving license.Regular driving across Central Norfolk will be required. The team provides regular peer support and learning opportunities.
