We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Part-Time Administrator, working 20 hours per week, to join our Head Office team. This varied role will involve providing administrative support across key functions, including recruitment and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing documents, and maintaining candidate records.
• Liaise with managers, suppliers and contractors for operational and facilities queries.
• Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems.
• Support wider head office functions as required.
• Handle general enquiries and provide a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders.
About You:
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• Competent IT skills (Microsoft Office or similar).
• A proactive, flexible and team-focused approach.
