We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our busy depot team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the sales department, ensuring smooth order processing, excellent customer service, and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner.
Processing orders accurately and efficiently on the system.
Preparing and issuing quotes, invoices, and delivery notes.
Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.
Liaising with customers, transport, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
Maintaining customer records and ensuring data accuracy.
Assisting with general office administration as required.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or sales support (preferably in a trade/warehouse/distribution environment).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
