Crynodeb
Conduct out-patient assessment and reviews for patients in the patch. Attend MDT meeting twice weekly. Attend Allocations meeting as required. Carry out home visits. Attend to urgent clinical issues for patients. Administrative work related to these activities. Supervise and support Trainee Doctors if appropriate. Work closely with primary care nurses (PCN workers). Work with Multidisciplinary team.
