Regional Account Health & Safety Manager

Location: Dublin 8
Salary: Up to €75,000 per annum plus Sodexo Benefits

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Account Health & Safety Manager to lead and embed a strong safety culture across a large, multi-site account. This is a high-impact role where you’ll provide expert guidance, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and risk management standards.

Reporting to the Divisional Health & Safety Lead, with a dotted line to the Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and supporting operational excellence across all service lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead health & safety across the account, embedding policies, procedures, and behavioural safety initiatives into day-to-day operations
  • Provide expert advice and support to operational and management teams on occupational health & safety matters
  • Plan, conduct, and support internal and external audits, including client and compliance audits
  • Implement, maintain, and continuously improve HSEQ management systems (ISO 45001, 9001, 14001)
  • Drive behavioural safety and safety culture initiatives through leadership engagement and workforce participation
  • Ensure timely reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis of incidents, near misses, and non-conformances
  • Develop and review site-specific risk assessments, procedures, and safe systems of work
  • Support business continuity planning and emergency response preparedness
  • Monitor performance data, identify trends, and deliver targeted improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & Safety
  • Membership of IOSH
  • Strong working knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation
  • Proven experience in Facilities Management or a similar multi-site environment
  • Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritise, manage deadlines, and work independently

Desirable:

  • Manual Handling Trainer qualification
  • Permit to Work experience
  • Experience leading or influencing small teams
