About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Departmental Administration Manager to join the Nursing and Midwifery Administration Team, within the Faculty of Health Social Care and Medicine. As part of this role, You will join a friendly and supportive Administration Team working in a busy and fast paced office environment.
You will manage a number of Programme Administrators and will have the opportunity to look at ways we can constantly improve processes to contribute towards an excellent experience for our students.
We are looking for individuals who are able to help others develop as well as being involved in the planning and execution of Administration Processes that enable our Programmes to function successfully. You will also be a key member of the wider School Senior Leadership Team.

About You
As Departmental Administration Manager you will:
Be Highly organised and proactive.
Be Friendly, approachable and flexible attitude with a willingness to learn.
Have a Positive, solution focussed mindset, and contribute to continuous improvement within the department’s administrative processes.
Have proven experience and ability to plan, organise and prioritise work activities for self and others with the ability to lead on programmes of work.
Demonstrate a high level of oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to a wide range of audiences.
