We are recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Nursery Manager to lead a nursery setting in Twickenham. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for Early Years education to lead a dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of care.
As the Nursery Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the setting, ensuring Ofsted compliance, staff development, and a thriving environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring compliance with the EYFS and Ofsted regulations.
Lead, manage, and inspire the staff team, conducting supervisions and appraisals.
Manage occupancy levels, marketing, and parent enquiries to ensure the nursery reaches its full potential.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and child protection.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies.
Manage the nursery budget and resources effectively.
Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (Level 4/5 or Degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or a highly experienced Deputy Manager.
In-depth knowledge of Ofsted inspections and the EYFS framework.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undertake one).
