What You’ll Need
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager
- Strong working knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted expectations
- Confidence managing staff performance, rotas and daily operations
