Summary
Are you an experienced Nursery Manager looking for a new leadership opportunity in Ealing? Action Staffing is currently recruiting for a passionate and driven Early Years professional to lead a vibrant nursery setting in West London.
This is a key management role where you will be responsible for the operational success of the nursery, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and the EYFS framework, while fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for staff and children alike.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery in Ealing, ensuring all Health & Safety and Safeguarding policies are strictly adhered to.
Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a dedicated team of Early Years Practitioners, conducting supervisions and appraisals to maintain high standards.
Curriculum Delivery: Monitor the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
Compliance: Lead the setting through Ofsted inspections, striving for "Good" or "Outstanding" outcomes.
Parent Partnership: Maintain excellent communication with parents and carers, conducting show-arounds and managing inquiries to support occupancy levels.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up.
Qualification: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (Degree or Level 4/5 highly desirable).
Knowledge: Sound understanding of the Ofsted Inspection Framework and Safeguarding legislation.
Location: Living within a commutable distance to Ealing, London.
