Dauntsey's School wishes to appoint outstanding, enthusiastic and committed university graduates who are looking to develop their experience and knowledge or who might be considering a teaching career or take a year out.
Applicants will coach sport OR teach dance and coach sport at all levels in the school. Applicants wishing to be considered for a sports position should be able to coach two or more of the following sports: Rugby, Netball, Hockey, Cricket, Tennis and Athletics. Applicants wishing to be considered for a Dance/Sport position should be able to teach two or more of the following styles of Dance: Contemporary, Street, Commercial, Musical Theatre, Jazz, and Ballet as well as offering the ability to coach two of the following sports: Rugby, Netball, Hockey, Cricket, Tennis and Athletics.
Accommodation will be provided as part of the Resident Tutor role.For further details on the role, please see the attached PDF.This position is designed to allow graduates who might be considering a teaching career to experience life in a boarding school as fully as possible. Previous GATs have gone on to positions in education both at Dauntsey’s and at other schools.
