We are seeking an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) SEN Teaching Assistant for an immediate start in Harrogate.
The Role: Shaping the Early YearsIn this role, you will be the cornerstone of support for children aged 3-5 with Special Educational Needs. You'll be working within a classroom setting, focusing on sensory play, speech and language development, and basic social integration.
Key Responsibilities:

Implementing EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) targets through play-based learning.

Supporting pupils with Autism, Global Developmental Delay, or physical disabilities.

Assisting with personal care and mobility where required.

Observing and recording progress to share with the SENCO and parents.
To maintain the high standards of our partner schools, all applicants:

Must have recent and relevant UK experience in a school or nursery setting.

Must possess an understanding of the EYFS Framework.

Should be comfortable managing challenging behaviour with a calm, positive "can-do" attitude.
