As our Senior Revenue Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial success of one of our flagship Park Plaza hotels. Reporting to the Director of Revenue, you'll lead the charge in strategy execution, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis - making a tangible impact across our portfolio.

As Senior Revenue Manager, you will:

  • Optimise demand from all revenue streams, segments and channels based on total revenue and profit generation.
  • Coach and develop the Revenue Manager, fostering their professional growth and enhancing their strategic capabilities.
  • Analyse daily demand trends to uncover risks and opportunities, maximising RevPAR, RevPAM and TRevPAR
  • Co-ordinate activities with Sales, Brand Marketing & Digital Marketing, M&E Sales and M&E Planning & Hotel Operations to define, implement and measure all commercial strategies.
  • Understand and communicate our Revenue Management philosophies as they pertain to brand and/or geographic strategies (UK/Europe).
  • Have an innovative approach towards business development and creating long-term value for PPHE from our guests, markets and relationships.
  • Support cross‑regional teams with training and best‑practice sharing

About you:

  • Deeply in tune with lifestyle trends and guest behaviour, understanding how culture, design, community, and experiences influence demand and using that knowledge to shape more engagement‑led revenue strategies.
  • You bring 3+ years of Revenue Management experience.
  • Background in Hospitality or Retail. Operational experience is a plus, helping you connect strategy with on‑the‑ground reality.
  • A confident communicator and forward‑thinking strategist, translating data and insights into clear, impactful action.
  • Naturally solution‑oriented, with the initiative and analytical mindset to tackle complex challenges independently.
  • Experienced in leading or coaching teams, inspiring others to grow and succeed.
  • Tech‑savvy, eager to explore new tools, digital solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Enthusiastic to experiment with AI‑driven approaches
