Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a Housing Assistant to join our Housing Team and help deliver a high‑quality housing management service. Acting as a central point of contact, you will play a key role in coordinating customer service activities, providing professional support to tenants, and liaising effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties. We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent customer service and communication abilities, and experience dealing confidently with the public, including in challenging situations.
This is a temp-to-perm role and is office based in Leicester. The working hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Key responsibilities:
- Responding to tenants’ enquiries.
- Reporting repairs to properties & Estates.
- Liaising with repair contractors to ensure works are completed within performance indicators and to a high standard.
- Maintaining compliance records
- Ensure customers receive high quality service, by maximising tenant involvement.
- Supporting the production of monthly performance and update reports by effectively liaising with internal and external colleagues.
Key requirements:
- Strong administrative experience/skills
- Well-developed team working & customer service skills.
- Resilience to working in an ever-changing environment & a positive attitude.
- Experience of dealing with the public in challenging situations.
- MS Office efficient
