Summary

Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an experienced Housing Support Officer to deliver an efficient, responsive, and professional housing management service to our residents. In this role you will be managing low‑level anti‑social behaviour, overseeing voids and lettings in line with contractual requirements, and maximising tenant involvement to enhance customer experience.

Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties. We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and organised housing professional with strong communication skills, able to manage a varied workload, respond effectively to tenant needs, coordinate repairs and contractors, and build positive relationships while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

This is a fixed term role running until 27/02/2027.

Key responsibilities:

  • Tenancy Management.
  • Responding to tenants’ enquiries.
  • Reporting repairs to properties & Estates.
  • Liaising with repair contractors to ensure works are completed within performance indicators and to a high standard.
  • Effectively dealing with low level anti-social behavior.
  • To manage void and lettings processes in line with contractual obligations and as per client requirements.
  • Ensure customers receive high quality service, by maximising tenant involvement.
  • Be responsible for delivering projects assigned by the Area Manager.
  • Supporting the production of monthly performance and update reports by effectively liaising with internal and external colleagues.


Key requirements:

  • Knowledge of housing legislation and current practice is desirable however we will consider candidates with experience in a similar field willing to learn.
  • Well-developed team working & customer service skills.
  • Resilience to working in an ever-changing environment & a positive attitude.
    • Experience of dealing with the public in challenging situations.
    • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
