Are you an organised, proactive and people-focused administrator looking to take the next step in your career? We're delighted to be partnering with an established and rapidly growing professional services firm to find a confident Administration Assistant for their Alresford office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, ambitious business at a truly exciting stage of expansion. You'll play a key role in keeping the legal, accounting and wider office teams running smoothly, gaining valuable insight into the day‑to‑day workings of a busy professional practice.

Please note: travel between two local offices will be required, so access to your own transport is essential.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing new client files and supporting smooth onboarding processes
- Managing client identification and checks using DocuSign and other digital systems
- Ensuring all documentation is complete, compliant and accurately stored
- Handling incoming phone calls with professionalism, taking clear messages and directing queries
- Welcoming clients and visitors, creating a warm and professional front‑of‑house experience
- Opening, scanning and distributing daily post, and preparing outgoing mail
- Filing documents accurately within the case management system
- Providing flexible admin support to lawyers and the wider team
- Assisting with office supplies, stationery and ad‑hoc tasks to keep the office running seamlessly
What you'll bring
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively
- Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
- A discreet, reliable approach and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- A positive, can‑do attitude and readiness to support colleagues
- A clean driving licence (essential for travel between Hampshire sites)
- Previous admin experience (professional services experience is a bonus, but not essential)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- A willingness to learn, full training on systems and processes will be provided
