My client are looking for an experienced, well-qualified CFO-level professional to provide flexible, part-time support across two dynamic SMEs. This unique opportunity offers variety and impact, working with two growing businesses that value strategic insight and strong financial leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and reporting
- Provide financial analysis and strategic insights
- Hold project managers accountable for margins and KPIs
- Advise on cash flow, profitability, and growth plans
- Strengthen financial controls and processes
- Collaborate with internal and external finance teams
- Ensure timely, accurate monthly management accounts
- Provide financial analysis and performance insights

Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leader
- Strong analytical and advisory skills
- Flexible, remote working with occasional site visits
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
