We are looking for an Administrator to join the Mobile Seed Cleaning team, based at Nayland, on temporary basis for 6 months.
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, and you will be responsible for supporting various administration duties across the business.
About You
Possess an assured and professional manner with strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Able to handle telephone calls proficiently, communicating at all levels
Enjoy using your own initiative to solve problems
A self-motivated, flexible, and effective team player
Your Role
As an Administrator, your role will involve:
General administration duties such as filing and post
Handling incoming and outgoing calls to confirm work
Creating and distributing daily worksheets
Processing seed test sample requests
Assisting in the seed testing laboratory
Assisting with office invoicing
