Crynodeb
We are seeking a proactive Finance Officer to support multiple high-profile projects. The Finance Officer will be responsible for purchase and management accounting, prepayments, accruals, and reporting. As a Finance Officer, you will work closely with senior management to identify gaps, improve processes, and maintain financial control. The Finance Officer will also assist in transitioning to new systems such as Xero, CRM, and HRIS, making this a hands-on, strategic finance role.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain purchase ledger, prepayments, accruals, and transactional accounts as a Finance Officer.

Prepare management accounts, KPI reports, and ad hoc financial reporting.

Support project reporting for internal stakeholders and external funders.

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

Maintain spreadsheets and financial reports to support decision-making.
Skills & Experience:

ACA or QBE qualified, or equivalent management accounting experience.

Strong experience as a Finance Officer in management accounts, reporting, prepayments, and accruals.

Proficient in Xero or similar accounting software; CRM experience is a plus.

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
