• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be confident in clinical decision-making and prioritising care

• Show empathy, resilience, and a commitment to patient safety
• Be adaptable in a fast-paced environment and open to continuous learning
• Hold current NMC registration and have a sound understanding of professional standards

These roles are full time (approx. 37.5 hours per week) and we require individuals who can work a mix of day, nights, weekends and public holidays.

The post holder has responsibility for the provision of competent professional nursing care, to meet with individual needs of the designated patient population.
The post holder will be accountable for the delivery of such care to a specific group of patients, and take charge of the ward / department on a regular basis.
The post holder will organise own time and that of junior staff, delegating to junior staff and learners, and participating in teaching and education programmes for staff and patients.

The Trust was formed on 1st August 2010 through the integration of Croydon Community Health Services and Mayday Healthcare NHS Trust.
