Summary
Housekeeper – Band 2
Fixed Term - 12 months
We are seeking aWard Housekeeperto join our ward team at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust. The post holder will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for patients, carers and visitors.
The role involves coordinating ward services including cleaning, catering and minor maintenance, working closely with nursing staff, contractors and support services. You will monitor service quality, report any issues and take appropriate action to support patient experience.
You should have a good general education, an understanding of patient needs and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills, flexibility and a positive approach are essential. Training will be provided.
