Location: Kings Heath, Birmingham (B14)
Weekly Pay: £460 - £500
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 3:30pm (Term Time Only)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Long-Term | Temp-to-Perm

This role is about consistency, calm and connection - not quick fixes.
If you're experienced in supporting children with complex needs and understand that communication goes beyond words, this could be the role for you.

Long Term Futures is working with a welcoming primary school in Kings Heath (B14) to recruit a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant. You will support a non-verbal autistic child within the school's Pathways Provision, helping them access learning through structure, routine and personalised strategies. This is a rewarding role suited to someone patient, emotionally aware and confident supporting autism and sensory needs.

You will:

Provide consistent 1:1 support for a pupil with complex SEND
