This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of Creative and Digital education at scale.
We are seeking an exceptional senior leader to join our College as Director of Faculty: Creative and Digital Industries, leading a dynamic and high-profile portfolio including digital media, art and design, games, music, performance, film and emerging creative technologies.
As Director of Faculty: Creative and Digital Industries, you will provide senior leadership for a diverse and specialist creative and digital portfolio. On a day-to-day basis, you will lead Heads of Curriculum and teams to deliver high-quality, industry-relevant provision; drive performance, quality and continuous improvement; shape future-focused curriculum; and build strong partnerships with employers and external stakeholders. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will contribute to whole-college strategy, planning and performance.
You will bring significant leadership experience within creative and/or digital disciplines, with a strong track record of curriculum innovation, continuous improvement and delivering strong student and financial outcomes. You will be confident leading complex portfolios, using data to inform decision-making, and contributing to whole-college strategy.
We are looking for a senior leader who brings:
- Substantial leadership experience within, or closely aligned to, creative and/or digital disciplines
- A strong track record of leading curriculum development, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Experience of managing teams, performance, and budgets within a complex organisation
- The credibility and confidence to lead specialist creative and digital teams and engage authentically with industry
- Strong strategic thinking, communication skills, and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
- A degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area
