At Social Care & Education, we know that care is more than a job — it’s about making a real, positive impact. We’re looking for experienced support workers who are ready to bring their skills, compassion, and energy to a team that values every member.
What We Offer:
• Flexible Shifts – choose hours that fit your life
• Competitive Pay – £12.30 to £12.60 per hour
• Training & Development – ongoing opportunities to grow your skills and career
• Supportive Team Environment – work alongside people who genuinely care
Who We’re Looking For:
You’ll need at least 3 months’ experience as a support worker and be:
• Patient, kind, and passionate about helping others
• Reliable and committed to making a positive impact
• A strong communicator who works well as part of a team
A Day in the Role:
No two days are the same. You may help residents with daily routines, support them to develop life skills, engage in hobbies, or simply be a friendly, trusted presence. Your role is essential — you’ll celebrate achievements, build meaningful relationships, and make a real difference in people’s lives.
Why Work With Us?
At Social Care & Education, we value our staff as much as the people we support. We offer competitive pay, flexible shifts, career development opportunities, and a friendly, supportive environment where your skills are appreciated.
Safety and Inclusion:
We are an equal opportunities employer and celebrate diversity. All roles are subject to satisfactory references and an Enhanced DBS check.
Ready to Make a Difference?
Apply today and join Social Care & Education — where your experience counts, your work matters, and your growth is supported.
