Summary
We’re seeking compassionate, resilient CPI-trained Support Workers to support adults with mental health needs and complex behaviours in a supported living setting. You’ll provide person-centred care, promote independence, and manage challenging behaviours safely.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 months’ UK experience supporting adults with mental health challenges
• CPI trained with de-escalation experience
• Competent in medication administration
• Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred)
• Eligible to work in the UK
