Elite Personnel are proud to be working with a well-established and forward-thinking company who are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded paralegal to join a firm with a strong and diverse client base, including national businesses, residential developers, local authorities, and high net worth individuals. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a varied and high-quality caseload while helping to elevate the firm’s profile.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting the Head of Department with day-to-day commercial property matters
• Managing and progressing your own caseload
• Taking and following up on new client enquiries
• Assisting with marketing and development of the department
• Preparing technical updates for internal and external use
• Reporting to directors and senior stakeholders
• Delivering exceptional levels of client care at all times
Requirements
• Extensive experience handling all aspects of Commercial Property work
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Case management and risk management experience
• A proactive interest in business development
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Exemplary client care skills
• Strong IT skills, including experience with case management systems and Microsoft packages
• A team-focused approach and commitment to promoting the firm’s ethos
