Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of adaptation specialists, ensuring effective training and development.
Analyze feedback and performance data to enhance adaptation strategies and processes.
Prepare and present reports on adaptation initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices related to adaptations.
Foster a culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement within the adaptation team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related role.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing diverse teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
Demonstrated understanding of adaptation processes and practices.
Ability to analyze data and feedback to drive decision-making.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £26.26
