Support Worker – Supported Living
We are recruiting Support Workers (drivers preferred) to join our team in a supported living setting, supporting individuals with complex care needs, learning disabilities, and autism. This is a rewarding role where you can make a real difference by providing person-centred care and helping clients live as independently as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing personal care and day-to-day support
Assisting with medication administration
Supporting clients with complex care needs, learning disabilities, and autism
Promoting independence, engagement in activities, and community participation
Maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
Experience & Requirements:
Previous experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or complex care needs is preferred
Drivers preferred to support community access and activities
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a person-centred approach
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
