Summary

We're looking for a Senior Information Co-ordinator to join our Thames Water framework team for our East Hyde site, Bedfordshire.Location: working from home as well as office and site in East Hyde, Bedfordshire

Hours: permanent, full time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

About This RoleJoin our Digital Construction team as a Senior Information Co-ordinator, where you'll play a key role in establishing and maintaining robust information management processes across our projects. You'll ensure compliance with industry standards including ISO 19650, helping us deliver against client requirements while maintaining the quality and integrity of our data.

What will you be responsible for?As a Senior Information Co-ordinator, you'll be working within the Information Management team, supporting them in delivering compliant and effective digital information solutions. Your day to day will include:

-Managing and mentoring Information Coordinators while implementing our Digital by Default strategy across multiple projects

-Ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards and conducting quality assurance checks on all uploaded information

-Leading CDE (Common Data Environment) setup, user training and troubleshooting technical issues

-Supporting project teams with information naming strategies and Task Information Delivery Plans

-Contributing to the development of standards, protocols, and best practices for information management

What are we looking for?This role of Senior Information Co-ordinator is great for you if:

-You have experience implementing BS 1192/ISO 19650 principles across projects with a thorough understanding of CDE workflows

-You're confident in managing digital information systems, particularly Viewpoint For Projects

-You have excellent communication skills and enjoy mentoring others to build their capabilities

-You're well-organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively

-You're passionate about continuous improvement and staying current with industry best practices
