Walsall College currently has a rare opportunity for an EHCP Case Worker to join our Inclusive Support Team on a permanent basis onsite at the college We are looking for an individual who has an up-to-date working knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, EHCPs and young people with SEND.The successful candidate will coordinate the process of reviewing and maintaining Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). You will work closely with students, their families, and curriculum colleagues, and maintain effective partnerships with external agencies.
