This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater to secure a permanent weekday-only role within a manufacturer-approved accident repair operation offering outstanding earning potential, real job security, and flexible working hours.
With a basic salary of up to £50,000, a proven bonus scheme averaging £6,000–£7,000, and no weekend working, it’s easy to see why interest has been exceptionally high - especially with just one vacancy available at each site in Sidcup and Forest Hill.
Responsibilities
• Carry out high-quality panel repairs to manufacturer standards
• Repair and replace vehicle panels using approved methods
• Maintain strong quality, safety, and efficiency levels
• Work effectively as part of a professional workshop team
Requirements
• Level 3 qualification in Panel Beating
• Experience within an accident repair environment
• High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• A consistent, quality-driven approach
Salary and Benefits
• Basic salary up to £50,000
• Efficiency-based bonus scheme averaging £6,000–£7,000
• Monday to Friday dayshift only
• Flexible hours within a 6:30am–4:30pm operating window
• No weekends
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, and LSL
