Crynodeb
As a member of the CNSS team you will beworkingwith patients in their own homes to provide client centred goal focused neurological therapy, promoting independence and community integration. You will be expected to work closely with patients families,with colleaguesin other teams, as well as external agencies to provide holistic and effective care. You will provideassessments and interventions to provide holistic occupational therapy. You will be expected to work autonomously whilst drawingassistancefrom other colleagues in primary and secondary care. You willbe responsible formanaging your caseloadwithregular supervision andsupport fromyoursupervisor. You will be expected to be a team player and work with colleagues within the MDT.Working within the team you will have the opportunity to work with a varied and diverse range of neurological conditions
