The Role
As the Schedule/Planning Coordinator, you will develop, maintain, and communicate the program plan, working closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure integration with project schedules and milestones. Your responsibilities include analyzing schedules, identifying risks and opportunities, facilitating planning reviews, and supporting mitigation strategies. You will serve as the key interface for program progress, provide clear updates, and ensure delivery milestones are met. Your daily actions will involve regular workshops, coordination meetings, report generation, and collaborative planning efforts.
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Schedule/Planning role
- Primavera P6 Practitioner certification (essential)
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules in operational environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within government projects or highly secure environments (desirable)
- Knowledge of change management, baseline control, and risk mitigation techniques
- Ability to work onsite at the designated secure location a minimum of 2 days per week, with flexibility as required
- UK National Citizen with SC security clearance or eligibility to obtain prior to start
