Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Work Officer PO1 to join our dynamic team. The Social Work Officer will focus on assessing the needs of clients, developing supportive plans, and connecting individuals with essential resources. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized service plans.
Provide ongoing counseling and support to clients facing various social challenges.
Coordinate and collaborate with external agencies and community resources to access critical services for clients.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
Advocate for clients' rights and ensure access to needed resources and services.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments to service plans.
Stay informed on social work best practices and community resource availability to enhance service provision.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field (a Master's degree is preferred).
Valid social work license (or eligibility to obtain one if required).
Proven experience in social work, case management, or counseling roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate to diverse populations.
Demonstrated understanding of social service systems and available community resources.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £22.41
Location: North London, London
