We are seeking a dedicated and passionate newly qualified Social Worker (ASW - NQ) to join our dynamic assessment team. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to determine their needs and eligibility for services.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with service users and other professionals.
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of intervention plans and adjust as necessary based on feedback and outcomes.
Document all interactions, assessments, and case management activities in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
Engage with service users in a respectful and empowering manner to foster trust and encourage self-advocacy.
Collaborate with external agencies, community resources, and stakeholders to ensure holistic support for service users.
Attend regular supervision and training sessions to continually enhance knowledge and skills relevant to social work practice.
Requirements
Hold a recognized and relevant social work qualification (BA, MA or equivalent).
Possess up to two years of post-qualification experience in a social work setting.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of social work principles, theories, and practices.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and effectively develop care plans based on individual needs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse populations.
Proficient in documentation and report writing in accordance with legislative and organizational standards.
Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required by the needs of service users.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £22.30
Location: North London, London
