Crynodeb
To carry out all duties in accordance with appropriate departmental ISO 9001:2015 quality procedures. Ability to train new members of staff on the database and filing system. To actively promote and utilise high standards of business operations in order to maintain ISO: 9001:2015 accreditation for the department. To support the annual spare part stock control audit process with clinical engineering team. Responsible for filing delivery notes and equipment maintenance service reports, ensuring that all paperwork relating to requisitions and purchase orders is maintained in an accessible and auditable condition. Also, to make available service and delivery reports with corresponding invoices in preparation for financial authorisation.
