We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Home Deputy Manager to join our high-quality residential setting in Derby. Supporting the Registered Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining full compliance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and driving the Quality Standards to achieve "Outstanding" outcomes.

As a Deputy Manager, you will be a Safeguarding Champion and a mentor to the staff team. Your duties will include:
***Overseeing Quality Assurance (Reg 44 and 45 liaison)
*** Ensuring Individual care plans are trauma-informed and child-centred
*** Leading staff inductions, supervisions and appraisals
*** Building strong multi-agency partnerships with Local Authorities and health providers
Our ideal Deputy Manager will have two years in a Senior Residential Childcare role and have a deep understanding of of Safeguarding, Quality Standards, and the Ofsted Inspection Framework. We are also looking for strong report writing, professional curiosity, and a "lead by example" attitude.
