We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst (Finance) to join our team on a high‑impact contract. You'll be supporting senior finance leadership and driving delivery across key service areas within a complex environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as deputy for the Finance Manager, making decisions and taking proactive action.
- Leading and developing a finance team-work allocation, performance, coaching, recruitment.
- Managing long‑term projects (3+ months) and ensuring successful delivery.
- Providing financial advice to operational teams across the organisation.
- Ensuring business plans, KPIs, and compliance targets are met.
- Building strong operational relationships with stakeholders and partners.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing a finance team in a complex setting.
- Strong ability to provide financial advice and support decision‑making.
- Proven partnership working (internal and external).
- Background in stakeholder management and influencing operational outcomes.
- Experience contributing to equal opportunities in service delivery.
- Skilled in preparing and presenting business documents and financial reports.
