We’re looking for a Factory Assistant to join our busy manufacturing operation at Weldit in Luton. This is a hands-on role for
someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in doing things properly, and wants to be part of a hardworking, supportive team.
As a Factory Assistant, you’ll play a key part in keeping production running smoothly — from packing finished products to
supporting the team on the factory floor.
What you’ll be doing:
* Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
* Operating light sheet metal machinery safely and efficiently
* Keeping the factory floor clean, organised and safe
* Supporting the production team with general factory duties
* Working to high standards of quality and accuracy
What we’re looking for:
* Reliable, hands-on and eager to learn
* A strong team player with good attention to detail
* Physically fit and safety-conscious
* Previous factory or machinery experience is helpful, but not essential
* Eligible to work in the UK

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
