To excel in this role, you will need to possess:
- Relevant educational qualifications, such as a Teaching Assistant certificate or a degree in a related field
- Experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in a Teaching Assistant or similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, enabling you to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
