- Monitoring and documenting student progress, and collaborating with teachers to identify and address any learning challenges
- Offering pastoral care and emotional support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:
- Relevant educational qualifications, such as a Teaching Assistant certificate or a degree in a related field
- Experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in a Teaching Assistant or similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, enabling you to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- A keen interest in child development and a genuine desire to support the academic and personal growth of young learners
- Flexibility and adaptability, as you may be required to work with students of varying ages and abilities
