About the Role
A leading offsite construction specialist delivering high-performance, low-carbon modular and panelised buildings is seeking a Site Manager. You will be working across education, residential, healthcare and commercial sectors, with a market-leading approach to modern methods of construction and an in-house manufacturing facility, they simplify the construction process and accelerate delivery through effective planning and controlled installation.
We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
The Role:
• Oversee and manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring efficient installation of prefabricated structural insulated panels (SIPs) and modular components.
• Coordinate with project management, design, manufacturing and installation teams to ensure seamless build-phase integration.
• Lead subcontractor teams, monitor progress against programme dates and resolve on-site issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures, including risk assessments and method statements.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and site housekeeping, reporting progress to senior management.
• Facilitate communication between supply chain partners, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, ideally with experience in offsite, modular or panelised construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of on-site health & safety legislation and site leadership experience.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving and people-management skills.
• CSCS, SMSTS or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate installation sequences effectively.
