(with occasional travel to Oxfordshire head office and events)
Salary: Up to £35,000 PA + excellent benefits

This is a Fixed Term Contract role until Dec 2026 - The salary will be ProRata

The Role

We're looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead our Norwich warehouse operation and manage client kit across live experiential projects. This is a hands-on role combining warehouse leadership, logistics planning, systems oversight and stakeholder management.

You'll work closely with Production, Client Services, Operations and third-party suppliers to ensure kit is accurately stored, planned, dispatched, returned and maintained, supporting flawless project delivery every time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations: goods in, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns
  • Own inventory accuracy, kit planning and warehouse calendars to prevent clashes and double bookings
  • Act as logistics lead for projects, managing load lists, vehicles, collections and returns
  • Ensure all kit is serviceable and ready through PDIs/RIs
  • Be the main point of contact for crews during kit collection and return
  • Manage third-party storage and supplier relationships
  • Maintain high health & safety standards and compliance
  • Monitor costs, support budgeting and ensure PO cover for stored client kit
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems and efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management or a senior warehouse role
  • Strong knowledge of stock control, logistics planning and warehouse operations
  • Confident managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with a detail-focused, problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working hands-on while also managing systems, reporting and suppliers
  • Passion for events, experiential marketing and project delivery

Desirable:

  • Forklift licence (counterbalance)
  • IOSH Managing Safely (or similar)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience managing teams
