About the Role:

• Teaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential).

  
  

• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

  
  

• Assessing and tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback and intervention where necessary.

  
  

• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials and schemes of work.

  
  

• Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment where all pupils can thrive.

  
  The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

    
    

  • Specialism in Science (any discipline), with the ability to teach across the sciences

    
    

  • A strong understanding of the National Curriculum for Science

    
    

  • Excellent classroom management skills and a proactive approach to behaviour for learning

    
    

  • A commitment to inclusive education, supporting a diverse range of learners including those with SEND and EAL
