We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Sales Administrator on behalf of our client, a leading commercial vehicle leasing company based in Bridgend. This is a strategic opportunity for an experienced professional to join a high-volume team supporting the sales process with comprehensive administrative support. The Vehicle Sales Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth management of sales documentation and logistics.

Duties:

- Manage the sales administration process for approximately 25-30 units per month, ensuring accurate and timely paperwork completion
- Organise vehicle conversions and coordinate delivery schedules to meet designated deadlines
- Arrange transportation and logistics for vehicle movement and delivery
- Support daily business operations by maintaining organised records and documentation
- Liaise with sales teams and external agencies to ensure seamless administrative workflows
- Use Microsoft Office, Excel, Xero, and CRM systems (preferably Zoho) to update records and track progress
- Assist with onboarding and training related to CRM software, demonstrating adaptability and quick learning

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator or in similar automotive administrative roles
- Strong organisational skills, capable of managing high workloads efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with Xero and CRM systems (Zoho experience preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must be able to attend work on-site daily, as this role is not suited for remote or hybrid arrangements
- Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to new systems and procedures
