Early Years & Business Support Officer
Lichfield & Cannock| ⏰ Flexible & Variable Hours ( Between 7.30am & 6.30pm)
We are looking for a qualified Early Years professional to join our growing business in a varied and flexible role across our before and after school club and indoor soft play centre and business operations.
This is not a traditional single-setting role. It would suit someone who enjoys variety, is organised, proactive, and is happy to support both hands-on childcare and behind-the-scenes business tasks.
The Role Will Include
Early Years & Childcare
* Working within our before and after school club with children 2-11 years.
* Supporting children in line with EYFS principles
* Maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding, and professionalism
Operational Support
* Occasional shifts at our indoor soft play centre (hours available as needed)
* Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of sessions
Admin & Business Support
* Light administrative tasks (emails, bookings, organisation)
* Supporting policies, paperwork, and general organisation
Social Media Support
* Helping with basic social media content (posting, engagement, updates)
* No marketing qualification required — just confidence and reliability
Hours & Flexibility
Hours will be variable, based on business needs
* Flexibility works both ways — we aim to work around the right person where possible
* Opportunity for hours to increase over time
Essential Requirements
*Level 3 qualification in Early Years
* Experience working with children
* Good organisational skills
* Confident communicator
* Willingness to work across different areas of the business
Desirable (But Not Essential)
* Confidence using social media
* Admin or office experience
* Experience in wraparound care or mixed-age settings
Safeguarding & Safer Recruitment

* An Enhanced DBS check will be required
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential
