Summary
South Staffordshire College is looking for a dynamic and visionary Curriculum Manager to lead our Business, Leadership and Accounts team, in a brand-new role due to growth. This is your chance to shape high-quality provision across our Creative Lichfield Campus and our exciting new Business and Leadership Academy.
In this pivotal role, you’ll:
• Drive innovation and growth in Business, Leadership and Accounts education
• Ensure learners gain the skills and confidence to succeed in their careers
• Oversee vocational and work-based learning, apprenticeships, and professional qualifications including AAT, CMI, and CIPD
You’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on inspiration, motivating your team to deliver exceptional learning experiences and achieve outstanding results in retention, achievement, and progression.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven leadership and management experience at this level
• Up-to-date knowledge of the Business, Leadership and Accounts landscape
• A strong understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies
• The ability to inspire and develop colleagues to deliver excellence
