We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Regional Planner to join our Regional Operational Team.
This role will act as the central point of contact for operational colleagues, ensuring the efficient assignment, allocation, planning, and completion of reactive and corrective jobs.
You will play a pivotal role in managing tasks raised through the CAFM system and supporting operational teams to deliver works in line with SLA and contractual commitments.
Job Description
As a Regional Planner, you will take ownership of day-to-day job management, liaising with engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and accurate documentation.
This position requires strong communication skills, excellent organisational ability, and proficiency in IT systems to maintain accurate records and provide a fully auditable process.
Key Responsibilities
Review incoming tasks and assign them to appropriate engineers.
Plan and book work in coordination with operational teams.
Liaise daily with operational colleagues to allocate reactive and corrective tasks.
Assign tasks to both static and mobile workforce.
Raise purchase orders in line with contractor requirements.
Coordinate with contractors and operations to schedule works effectively.
Update CAFM system with task data, including financial information and documentation.
Receipt purchase orders and complete tasks upon work completion, ensuring all relevant documentation is uploaded.

Good IT and systems experience.
