- WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

What you'll need
- Good understanding of Workplace Pensions products and Market insight.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers and colleagues
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage workloads, maintain accurate records, and ensure robust reporting processes
- Accuracy and attention to detail when following processes and maintaining records.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and supporting others.
- A desire to learn, develop and grow your capability.
And any experience of these would be really useful
- Experience in customer support, administration or service delivery, ideally within financial services or workplace pensions.
