Summary

  • JOB TITLE: Workplace Relationship Consultant
  • SALARY: £29,460 rising to £30,202 from 1st APRIL 2026
  • LOCATION(S): Edinburgh
  • HOURS: Full-time 35 hours a week.
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

What you'll need

  • Good understanding of Workplace Pensions products and Market insight.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage workloads, maintain accurate records, and ensure robust reporting processes
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when following processes and maintaining records.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team.
  • A proactive approach to problem‑solving and supporting others.
  • A desire to learn, develop and grow your capability.

And any experience of these would be really useful

  • Experience in customer support, administration or service delivery, ideally within financial services or workplace pensions.
